Giveaway Terms & Conditions

No purchase necessary to enter or win; however, every qualifying order placed during the giveaway period will automatically receive one (1) entry, and each additional order will receive an additional entry, increasing the chances of winning. The giveaway begins upon launch and ends on May 31st at 11:59 PM (local time). Two (2) winners will be randomly selected following the close of the giveaway period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Each winner will receive one (1) M1 Hyper Loop and one (1) Collector Series tin featuring 32 of Jelle’s official racing marbles. The M1 Hyper Loop includes a specially signed box, along with a Collector Series tin also hand signed by Jelle Bakker of Jelle’s Marble Runs. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted, except at the sponsor’s sole discretion.

Winners will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry and must respond within a reasonable time frame to claim their prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner. Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks after winner selection for prize fulfillment and shipment.

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the sponsor, which are final and binding. The sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time for any reason. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
